Bravo! I loved this podcast! I am going to use your "try to open the door" exercise with my sales people tomorrow in our sales meeting! I am tired of hearing from my sales manangement team and my sales people telling me they're trying to sell more cars!
Also, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to explore NLP to quickly order a copy of your NLP Practitioner Home Study Materials! WOW, it is jammed with so much awesome information and you will love hearing Gemma's instructional style. I love it!
